Case Management & Family Support Services

The high military operations tempo has resulted in an unprecedented level of deployments for American personnel in military and humanitarian campaigns.

This service creates significant stress for all military personnel and their families. The overarching purpose is to connect our service members and their families with resources, referrals, entitlements, benefits and proactive outreach opportunities throughout their military career. These programs have evolved to meet the emerging needs of our soldiers and served as the hub of an expanding network of service providers. ADC-TMS’ capabilities can be fully integrated into these programs by providing case management support for the necessities; integrate elements of marital enrichment; employment and transition assistance; and promote mental health, resilience and life skills training.
